Fox's head by David Brill

From British Origami no. 153 (April 1992). Another failed fold. How the heck does the thing hold together?

Sparrow by Jan Willem Derksen

From British Origami no. 154 (June 1992).

Cricket by Yoshihide and Sumiko Momotani

From Yoshihide and Sumiko Momotani's Origami: Image and Creation. (This is yet another failure in a long line of attempted folds this month; I can't get the model to look anything like the final drawing.)

Puppy 2 by Edwin Corrie

From British Origami no. 152 (August 1992).

Tweedledum and Tweedledee by Nick Robinson

Made with two squares of paper. From British Origami no. 157 (December 1992).

Japanese raccoon dog/tummy-drum by Yoshihide Momotani

From Yoshihide Momotani's Trick Origami. I'd have to classify this as a failed model. The paper is very thick around the head; I gave up trying to shape it. Need much bigger, thinner paper.

Five-Four Tesselation by Eric Gjerde

I think I have the manual dexterity to finish this, but I'm not sure I have the time or the patience (and this was a beginner's project!). From Eric Gjerde's Origami Tesselations.

Gazelle by Akira Kawamura

Made from a 42 x 14 rectangle (I used graph paper). From Akira Kawamura's Origami Animals in the New Style.

To me, this is not origami, or at least, not the kind of origami I want to do—although I have to admit, it bears a striking resemblance to Neal Elias's "box-pleating" technique (as I remember it, anyway).
